Multi-layer Co-extrusion Conductive Baffle Liner
Conductive film’s electric charge carriers in the transport process receive scattering of surface and interface. When the thickness of the film can be compared with that of the electron free process, the influence on surface and interface becomes significant and the phenomenon is called the size effect of film. It is equivalent to the reduction of the carrier free process. Therefore, compared with the bulk of the same material, the film’s conductivity is small. Due to the imperfectness of lining-up technology, normally the concentration of defects is relatively high and the major deficiencies include impurity, vacancy, interstitial atom, dislocation, crystal boundary, adsorption and segregation on the surface and interface, etc.
